2. Package & Ship
Once approved:
- Repackage items in original condition with all tags attached
- Include the original packing slip or invoice

- Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty
3. Receive Your Refund
Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. See refund details below.

Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within:

Exchange Process
For size or color exchanges:
- Follow the standard return process above
- Clearly state your desired exchange item in your return request
- We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional charges may apply for price differences)
Non-Returnable Items
To maintain quality standards, these items cannot be returned unless defective:
- Jewelry: For hygiene reasons, all earrings and body jewelry are final sale
- Hats, Scarves & Gloves: Intimate apparel items cannot be returned
- Clearance Items: Marked “Final Sale” at purchase
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
